I’m a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who provides online therapy for individuals in Ontario. I’m here to support you in processing past pain, understanding unhelpful patterns, and reconnecting with your true self. My approach is warm and compassionate, creating a safe space where you can feel comfortable exploring your experiences with curiosity and without judgment. My Therapeutic Philosophy:

I believe our past experiences influence how we see ourselves and the world, but they don’t have to control our future. Healing happens when we have compassion towards our pain, let go of what’s no longer helpful, and reconnect with who we really are. It’s about finding strength, building resilience, and moving forward with more clarity and authenticity.
